I had a tire that blew out on my way to work. I didn’t know what happened until I got to work and checked my vehicle. I was so disheveled when I saw it and I literally couldn’t think straight. A coworker told me to check with the towing company in our building. I rang the office doorbell and a gentleman named Issac greeted me with a smile. He asked how he could help me and while I was explaining, I noticed that he did something that is so rare these days. He made eye contact and most importantly, he listened attentively. He had such a calming demeanor that as we spoke, the anxiety I had soon disappeared. Isaac had a phone in his hand but he only used it to gather information and he was never distracted. He was ready, immediately, to go outside; in the triple digit heat to change my tire. Isaac was very professional and he explained what he needed to do first and took my contact information. He came to my office and we went outside. He had a gentleman named Chris who assisted him. Chris answered my questions and even pulled the flat tire out of my trunk to show me what happened. I can not say enough about how kind and professional these two guys were. Isaac told me that I needed to go up the street and get some air for the spare. Then he even went the extra mile and used an air pump to inflate the donut tire. They worked as a team and changed my tire in little to no time! A company is only as good as the people they employ. Isaac and Chris were such a blessing to me. And you can’t beat that, in my book.I would highly recommend Towing Solutions aka Fellow Towing, to anyone in need of a superb customer experience!
